Mabuz is an anxious, paranoid skeleton man who loves to watch sitcoms on the daily. He's infatuated with the idea of being anyone other than himself, and likes to reenact his favorite scenes, or cause them to happen in some way.

When he was resuscitated, he tried to figure out a way to return back to the afterlife before giving up. Since then, he wanted to try to interact with the fellow townsfolk, as most people would turn a blind eye to him when he was alive. In an attempt to reconcile with his neighbors, he has had many missteps during his path. His sharp, bony fingers being the root cause of many incidents in his little town. Unintentionally taking the lives of others, he decides to create skin suits as a memorial to the person, and for himself to attempt to appear more human.

Mabuz really does mean well, but people are terrified of him, some believing that he was some sort of punisher or an embodiment of death itself; after all, no one knows where he came from. The local video store was shut down due to his unpredictable but frequent visits; a curfew was set and people began barricading their doors at night. It doesn't help that his appearance is extremely upsetting, his suits leave an unpleasant smell and are not sewed very well, leaving a stain wherever he goes.
